Saturday Suggestion ~ Always Bring a Healthy Snack With You

carly rae hollasCut up veggies and water are my essentials. I will usually also throw in some nuts and maybe a piece of fruit.

 I rarely leave the house without bringing something healthy to eat with me. This ensures I won’t be tempted to waste money on food that is questionably prepared. I try to only support organic farming.
